Carrot Recipes
Known for their sweetness, carrots are usually orange, but can also be yellow, purple, red and other colors. Both the carrot taproot and greens can be eaten raw or cooked.
Store carrots loose in the refrigerator crisper drawer. Remove any greens and refrigerate separately, wrapped in a paper towel in a zip-top plastic bag.
