Bok Choy Recipes
Bok choy, also called pak choi or pok choi, has a crisp texture and a fresh, grassy flavor that increases in nuttiness as you cook it. All parts can be eaten raw or cooked.
Store unwashed bok choy in a mesh bag or in damp kitchen towels in the refrigerator.
