Bulk Meat Purchase Fall 2011
Bread Riot is coordinating a bulk beef purchase from Circle D Farm in China Grove. By purchasing a whole steer and dividing it into shares, we can secure a discounted price for local meat. Shares will be 40-50 lbs each and cost $5 per lb. Each share will include Tenderloin, NY Strip, Ribeye, Sirloin, Sirloin Tips, Stew Beef, Roast and Ground Beef. All products are labeled, vacuum sealed and frozen. There are a limited number of shares available. To learn more about Circle D and their beef visit www.circledbeef.com.
There will be a $15 administration fee to cover tax and support the Bread Riot programing efforts. We look forward to bringing you future farm to fork programs and educational opportunities.
Reserve your box by paying a $50 deposit through PayPal following the link at the bottom of this page by Friday, September 2. The balance will be due in the form of cash or check (payable to Bread Riot) at time of pick-up.
